At KJS Engineering Solutions we specialise in aiding our customers to resolve issues, develop ideas and progress concepts through a process of intelligent design. We have a methodical approach beginning with an initial consultation to evaluate your requirements, through the production of initial 3D model drafts which can be used to establish fine detailing and functionality all leading up to the production of pre-prototyping drawings for evaluation. Once we have a working drawing approval we can supply full product prototypes as there is no better proof of concept than a working product sample to demonstrate and ensure integration with other equipment or real world conditions. with proven prototypes we can utilise our full manufacturing facilities from small scale to mass production runs on excellent lead times. We include an in-house powder coating service ensuring we maintain full control and offer the very best lead times.
